The Sighthound Collection Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase, and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 7 days after receipt of your product . You can return your product for a different product.

Please note: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at orders@thesighthoundcollection.com.au with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

You will be liable for any return shipping charges.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.

Shipping Policy

Production & Processing Times

Many of our items are made to order or carefully prepared before dispatch.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for production and processing before your order is shipped.

During busy periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.


Australian Shipping

We ship Australia wide using trusted postal and courier services.

Estimated delivery times within Australia are generally:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and seasonal carrier delays.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and other supported countries.

International delivery estimates vary by destination and carrier availability. Most international orders arrive within:

  • 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or peak shipping periods.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer if applicable and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential import charges before placing an order.


Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched where available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.


Delayed or Lost Parcels

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control once the parcel has been dispatched.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier investigation process.
